3M Grip Tape is a mostly tranparent / translucent tape that adds friction and cushioning to dance and exercise hoops, especially Polypro, HDPE, and LED hoops.

It has a soft, textured surface 33 mils (0.8 mm) thick that is highly durable and abrasion resistant.

Grip tape is very easily slit to 1/2″ and 1/4″ widths with our hand held-tape slitter (see at ronan tape-slitters).

It is typically applied around the inside of hoops in widths of 1/2″ or less.
