Our 3M 3150-A SOLAS (Safety Of Life At Sea) reflective tapes are U.S. and Canadian Coast Guard approved.

SOLAS tapes offer a bright reflective surface comprised of encapsulated glass lens beadlets.
SOLAS tapes are specifically designed to enhance the visibility of life jackets, ring buoys, survival suits, and inflatable life rafts in marine environments.

3M 3150-A has an aggresive adhesive with a peel-off backing.
It is highly flexible and adheres to rubber-coated cloth, vinyl-nylon laminated cloth, cured polyester cloth, PVC, aluminum, and helmets.

Both SOLAS tapes are excellent for outerwear applications such as motorcycle jackets and raingear (3150-A sticks to nylon and codura). 3150-A is sold in 15-foot increments or 45 foot rolls.
