Which carrier do you use for shipping?

We ship our orders with Canada Post on Tuesdays and Fridays first thing in the morning. At checkout you will have the option of how fast you would like your parcel to arrive - Priority, Express Post or Expedited.  If you have special shipping needs, please contact us at sales@hooptapecanada.com

We can ship via Fedex using customer's accounts.  We will charge a $5 processing fee for this service.

If you are only ordering one roll of very thin tapes, we will email you and ask if you want to have it shipped in a envelope for $2-$3. There is no tracking on envelopes so you ship at your own risk.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Hooptapecanada.com makes every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible.
In-stock items are generally shipped within 24 to 48 hours.
Items shipped by may take longer, depending on your location. Special and Custom orders may also take longer to process. Remember is you are located outside of Canada, your parcel may be held up at border customs.
Ask our Customer Service Representatives for shipping details when you place your order.

What if I don't get my order within the period stated?

If you didn't get an order please contact us by email and we will be happy to help.
We will do our best to find out what happened and to see that your order makes it to you as quickly as possible. If you chose a shipping method without tracking of your parcel, we will do our best but it is unlikely we will be able to find out very much about your parcel.

We no long offer FREE SHIPPING

Please do not assume you will receive free shipping. Please do not choose "Walk in order" on your order as we will not ship your order until shipping charges are paid.

Does Hoop Tape Canada make money on shipping charges?

NO- often we lose a bit on shipping but if for some reason the Canada Post shipping module charges you too much on an order, we will refund you some of your shipping charges. We often contact customers to ask if they would like us to ship by a cheaper method (skinny rolls of tape often will ship for less). Or if a customer paid a bit more, we will ship it Express Post so the lovely tape arrives sooner.

Do you ship worldwide ?
We ship to Canada and the USA only. Note that our parent company www.identi-tape.com is located in Colorado so your tape will arrive more quickly and at cheaper shipping rates if you purchase directly through Identi-tape. 
Unreliable shipping and high postage rates have made the decision to only ship to these Canada and the US. Please see Fancy Tape in the UK for European shipping options.

What is your refund policy?
Hooptapecanada.com offers a 30-day Money Back Guarantee on all items. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are not happy with your order so that we may rectify it immediately.

Refund does not include shipping charges or re-stocking fees, if applicable. If we have mis-shipped an item, we will, of course, pay for shipping charges.

What happens if an item does not work or is damaged?

We reserve the right to replace defective items with the same or similar item only, within 60 days from the shipment date. Defective replacements are shipped via Standard Ground shipping. Other shipping methods are available at additional cost. We apologize for any inconvenience. Items damaged during shipping will not be our responsibility but please contact us with any concerns.
Note that some rolls of tape, especially vinyls and thin gaffer rolls may be slightly irregular in shape but the tape itself is in perfect condition.
